The MT group at the CNGL/NCLT in Dublin are currently looking for a
Postdoctoral Researcher / Research Fellow with strong research interests
and background in :

   *   Statistical Machine Translation
   *   Machine Learning,
   *   Translation Quality Prediction,
   *   Confidence Estimation and MT Evaluation (both automatic and human

Strong programming and implementation skills required. Applicants for the
position of post-doctoral researcher must have a PhD in a relevant
discipline (e.g. Machine Translation, Computer Science). Applicants for the
position of Research Fellow must have a minimum of 4 years postdoctoral
research experience, or equivalent.

The CNGL/NCLT MT group (http://www.nclt.dcu.ie/mt/) represents one of the
world's largest academic MT research groups comprising over 20 researchers,
with the recent addition of Prof. Qun Liu (Chinese Academy of Sciences) as
MT group leader. In the past five years alone, the CNGL/NCLT group at DCU (
http://www.nclt.dcu.ie) has produced over 200 publications, including
papers published at some of the world's top NLP/MT conferences (ACL, IWSLT,
COLING, AMTA, EAMT, MT Summit, WMT, IWPT) and we are currently involved in
7 MT-related EU FP7 Projects, together with a number of commercially-driven
research projects.

Salary Scale:
      €37,750 - €46,255 (Postdoctoral Researcher)
      €51,716 - €56,442 (Research Fellow)
